I worked with Greg Behr and Billy Warden on a positioning project for NC GreenPower. The project goal was to help them position a new carbon offset product and to reposition their existing renewable energy credit product.

We presented to the NC GreenPower board and look forward to future engagements.

I worked with Steven Keith and Marc Rosenburg on part of a huge BCBS NC Web strategy project. I conducted stakeholder interviews, participated in internal meetings, and supplied a large team with recommendations regarding:

• The structure of the new BCBSNC Web office
• The Web office’s project process
• How to integrate the new Web office into the larger BCBS NC management structure
